  • 2 cups of fresh chipilín leaves

  • 2 medium tomatoes

  • ½ onion

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1 carrot, sliced

  • 2 medium potatoes, cubed

  • 1 chayote (güisquil), sliced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Cook the chicken: In a large pot, place the chicken with water and salt to taste. Cook until tender and the broth is concentrated.

  2. Add the vegetables: Add the carrot, potato, and chayote. Cook until tender.
